This year we are proud to celebrate 20 years of MovePlan in the United States. Since opening our doors in 2005, we have grown from a single office to eight hubs across the region, working with clients in 35 states and across sectors including technology, legal, financial services and life sciences. In this time, we have supported more than 660,000 people through workplace transitions, moved over 26 million items, and built long-standing partnerships, with 70% of our work coming from repeat clients.
Growing with the workplace
The workplace has changed dramatically since 2005. From traditional office layouts to collaborative spaces, hybrid working and a renewed focus on wellbeing, the past two decades have reshaped how - and where - people work. Throughout these changes, MovePlan has grown alongside our clients, adapting to new ways of working while staying true to our people-first approach. Our eight hubs give us the reach to deliver local support, while our global experience ensures we bring the best of international insight to every project.

- Suki Reilly, with 35 years at MovePlan having joined in 1990, opened MovePlan USA in 2005 after establishing our Ireland office in 2000
- Anne Sutton, our Executive Support Senior Manager, joined on the very first day of MovePlan USA and continues to be a cornerstone of our business 20 years later
- Colleagues including Vanessa Manipon (17 years), Kimberly Giles (15 years), Lisa Dettore (13 years), Sarah Speroff (10 years), Chris Colón (10 years) and Amy Nolff (5 years) reflect the depth of knowledge and commitment that underpin our work
